Description: Everybody wanted this MOD on the PS3. Thanks to Fall for cooking this to the PS3. During testing it briefly this morning it takes a little bit to get used to the new camera view. This mod changes the gameplay from First Person shooter to Over the Shoulder View. It adds a whole new dimension to the game.
Fall, the author, states,

The description when installed on the PS3 states that this mutator is configurable, but when trying to access the configuration screen for it, I'm given an error stating that this mutator is not configurable.
Just a slight inconsistency, but otherwise, great mod.
I think being able to configure the mutators on the PS3 is not available at this moment. The option is their to configure for all the mutators, maybe on the future we will see mutators that support the PS3 configuration. Most of the mutators are configurable when using them on the PC version of the game.
The mutator description was copy-pasted from a later, as of yet unreleased, version of the mutator for the PS3 version. So while the current release does not support configuration, the next will, for both the server and the clients (via a mid-game menu).

herby, are you the only one doing this? Because I find that downloading mods via my PS3 is the easiest for me, but your updates are kinda slow, I saw several new maps online today, none of which have been uploaded yet.
Which maps? Let me know sometimes I can't catch all of them. Also I will test it on the PS3 too before uploading here. Just to make sure it works ok.
after playing with this mod, i havnt gone back to its reg. FPS mode! please upload everything there is!
How does this work? can I use this third person view in multiplayer games that I join? or just local games? Can I use this mode in the single player campaign? If yes,how?
can this mutator be tweaked so that when using the sniper rifle it reverts back to a fps scoped view...awesome mod, like it better than using regular fps view but pretty much renders the sniper rifle useless in some cases
This works in online games that have the mutator installed. Also you can host games online with Action Cam activated now that you have downloaded Action Cam. You cannot use this in single player.
Stephen it does revert to FPS scoped view. Unless I am not understanding you.

i love the action cam! thanks for putting all the ps3 mods together herby. any word yet on character models? i was just curious cause i saw some awesome ones in the Unreal forum. im kicking myself for starting 3D Studio so late. thanks again

Hi Guys.
There is a problem with this unbelievable third person view.
So the problem is a HUGE bug.
When you are goes close to any wall in the game than your carcter shoud be invisible. So pls....pls...pls..

Sorry about my language.
I like this mod very muc, although one thing is missing to the perfect gow shoulder view reincarnation :).The camera is just a little bit too far from the caracter not so close like gears of war.plz make another version of this mod if you able to do it.Anyway this is the best mod out there for the PS3 right now
Hi guys, I was able to download the mutator to my content but when I play online my character stays in 1st person view. Is there another step to get the mutator to work? Does it make a difference since I had already installed the game on my PS3?
Hey, I really want this mod, more than any other, I do not have any special USB thing, and I was wondering 2 things, I got a USB stick yesterday, its a SanDisk Cruzer Crossfire, can someone help me and tell me how to use it to get the UT3 mods onto my PS3? also, like the XMB customization, will the mods become downloadable someday strait from the internet onto the hardrive? yeah same,how do i turn on 3rd person view and jetpack, i downlaoded them already correctly??
