Xyx writes, "This mutator works by removing the Scene_Desaturation value in postprocessing volumes. This value is usually set at around 0.2 or 0.3, effectively draining up to 30% of the game's color, and it didn't have a whole lot to begin with..."

subtle difference. it does look better though. i'm using a SD flat screen tv an it looks great
I do notice a difference when using this mutator. I'm using a 42" LCD 1080p and it makes it look even better. Thanks.
This is the best mutator, what a drastic improvement!
